Elite Tech Designs began in December 2024, not from a traditional business plan, but from a project.

Harrison Stevens, Saswat Singh and Brandan Stiner came together to collaborate on a piece of work and quickly discovered something important: each brought a very different set of skills, experience and perspectives to the table, but those differences fit together remarkably well. What started as collaboration became momentum, and that momentum became Elite Tech Designs.

From the beginning, ETD was international by nature. With its founders spanning Canada, England and India, working across borders was never an expansion strategy — it was simply how the company started. That gave us an early appreciation for remote collaboration, flexible technology and the importance of building systems that connect people instead of creating more barriers between them.

Our first goal was straightforward: use technology to solve real problems and deliver work we could genuinely stand behind.

As ETD grew, so did the scope of those problems. A business might initially need a website, professional email or a mobile application, but underneath those requests we kept finding the same larger challenge. Companies were trying to operate through collections of disconnected tools — spreadsheets in one place, customer information somewhere else, files in another system, messages on personal phones, projects managed through email, and employees constantly moving information between platforms that were never designed to work together.

We realized that building another isolated piece of software was not always enough.

So our focus began to evolve.

Today, Elite Tech Designs works across websites, communications, mobile and web applications, cloud infrastructure, custom software, automation and business systems. The objective is not simply to give a client more technology. It is to make their technology work together and make the business itself easier to understand, manage and grow. That direction is already reflected in ETD's focus on technology built around the way a company actually operates rather than forcing the company to adapt itself around disconnected software.

That philosophy ultimately led to one of our most ambitious projects: B.O.S.S. — the Business Operations System Suite.

B.O.S.S. grew from a simple question: what if the business itself had an operating environment?

Instead of employees jumping between separate systems for customers, projects, field work, communications, documents, purchasing and reporting, B.O.S.S. is being developed to bring those parts of the organization together. The larger vision goes further still — a familiar, secure computing environment that can follow a person between devices and give a company greater control over its software, information and digital infrastructure.

It represents where ETD is heading: away from technology as a collection of products and toward technology as connected business infrastructure.

But as our technology has become more ambitious, the principles behind the company have remained remarkably simple.

We believe good work should create real value. We believe the people building that work matter, which is why ETD was founded with a team-oriented culture and profit-sharing philosophy. We believe in standing behind what we deliver, building long-term relationships and treating businesses of every size seriously. Those ideas were part of ETD from the beginning: world-class aspirations, shared success within the team, confidence in our work and the belief that no client should feel too small to matter.

We are still a young company, and we see that as an advantage.

We are willing to question assumptions, build things differently and pursue ideas that larger technology companies may have little reason to pursue. Whether we are helping a new business establish itself, developing a custom application, connecting an established company's operations or continuing to build the B.O.S.S. platform, the objective remains the same:

Understand the problem. Build the right technology. Make the business better because of it.

That is where Elite Tech Designs started, and it is the direction we intend to keep going.
